Conical spring, ’O’-Ring mounted, shaft directional dependent seal and stationary of similar design to the Type 8 but with a solid stainless steel head and ‘O’-Ring mounted carbon stationary. Type 8B is supplied as standard with a Type 8B stationary.

A highly proficient, economical seal for general duties.  For more demanding duties, you may require a Type 8 seal, with a choice of inserted faces.
